Bibiana Princeton is an executive recruiter and search specialist for the A&D industry. She has been Lloyd’s right-hand gal at Design Management Company for over 15 years… and his sister for even longer! Bibiana is an equally dedicated advocate for employers in the luxury interior design and architecture space as she is for their potential employees. She is highly skilled at helping business owners define their candidate, helping candidates identify their optimal job, and then putting them together to make magic happen. Using her extensive knowledge and broad network, Bibiana is a seasoned pro at bringing the top design talents to the best firms. Bibiana earned her B.A. in Biology from Mills College in Oakland, CA; her masters in Neuro Linguistic Programming from San Rafael, CA’s NLP Marin; and is certified in life and leadership coaching by the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI). She is an avid traveler, a great lover of art and style, and in her spare time, enjoys such fun & fascinating pursuits as botany and fashion & textile design. A California girl who’s the first-born child of immigrant parents, Bibiana values family and a strong work ethic above all else.

Formerly a recruiter at a large corporate search firm, Brayson prefers the niched down, boutique approach of Design Management Company, the go-to recruitment agency for the most renowned interior designers and architects in the business of design. Brayson is steadfast in providing a personalized experience to our discerning clientele of esteemed interior design and architecture firms, as well as to the highly experienced and exceptionally talented design professionals he puts forth as job candidates. Hailing from Lubbock, Texas (hometown of the late, great music legend Buddy Holly!) Brayson now calls Dallas―the thriving metropolis that’s also a booming interior design destination―his home. When he’s not working tirelessly on your behalf you will, without fail, find Brayson on the golf course where he’s constantly perfecting the art of “the Texas wedge.”

Robin Hodes is a media professional with a formal education in both communications and residential interior design. Prior to joining Design Management Company, Robin has been a widely published interior design journalist, editor, and blogger. She is honored to work for Lloyd Princeton and DMC, as her role as Marketing Manager taps into her diverse background, skill set, and work experience. Robin is your point person when it comes to marketing, social media, and booking Lloyd Princeton for speaking engagements and podcasts! She invites you to connect with us via Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, where Robin is always creating original content geared towards the luxury design community. Robin also manages our newsletters—which are engaging, informative, and designed to keep you in the loop about job opportunities; new blog posts; pro tips; and sage advice from Lloyd himself… plus the latest news throughout the luxury design sector. A NJ native and NYC transplant, Robin currently resides in South Florida with her beloved goldendoodle, Pat “Benni” Benatar, and is the founder and editor-in-chief of Design Raven, her personal blog and a passion project born from her love of interior design, architecture, and art.
RUBY DAVIS

Ruby comes to Design Management Company with a zealous appreciation for interior design. She finds joy in seeing how others use their homes to convey their personal style, and if she could, would cover every last inch of her own walls with art if she could. Ruby attended The University of North Texas where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Consumer Management with a concentration in Home Furnishings and Interior Décor. Her team spirit is contagious, and she thrives on watching… and participating… when creative projects come to life. Working alongside Lloyd Princeton, Ruby realizes she is learning from the best as far as honesty, integrity, treating clients like family, and never settling. A loving cat mom to the sweet and sassy Mosi and Millie, both rescues, Ruby was raised in McKinney Texas and now resides in Dallas. She’s likely to be the first face you’ll see and first voice you’ll hear when you come to DMC, so get ready for a warm Texas welcome!
