It depends on the scope of your engagement. Most feedback, ideas, and advice come in the first session, and follow-up support is included as part of your package.
What’s the difference between consulting and coaching?
Consulting is time-specific and delivered as an upfront program. Coaching means ongoing work together and is usually handled through a retainer. The two overlap, and many engagements combine them.
Do you offer consulting for job seekers?
That’s rare. Most of Lloyd’s work is for employers, so job seeker consulting is limited and priced to your needs. He often gives brief advice by phone or email at no charge.
