What positions do you place?
We recruit for interior designers, architects, project managers, design directors, directors of sales, estimators and superintendents, hospitality designers, landscape designers and architects, outside sales representatives, and showroom sales staff.
How does your process work?
We manage the search in three steps.
- The position: an in-depth intake meeting, in person or virtual, to understand the technical, aesthetic, and soft skills you need. We refine the job description and advise on compensation and benefits.
- The search: we reach out through our network, screen resumes and portfolios, conduct initial interviews, verify employment history, check references, and administer any assessments you want.
- The offer: we help you write and present the offer letter and finalize the employment agreement.
How are recruiting fees structured?
Searches are retained, and the fee is a percentage of the candidate’s annual compensation package. We’ll go over the details at your intake meeting.
How long does a search take?
It depends on the role. Some searches close in as little as two weeks, and others take up to four months.
How long are placements guaranteed?
Every placement is guaranteed for one year. The guarantee covers a replacement search.
